Make Your Own Capsule Pack

The "Make Your Own Capsule Pack" is to take the whole apricot seed, grind it and put it into a capsule form and swallow it like a pill.

The difference between this and the tablets is the tablet is an extract of only the Vitamin B17. With the apricot seed (being a whole food), you have more then just the Vitamin B17. You have vitamin B17, Vitamin B15, enzymes and other nutrients in the raw seed.

Basic Instruction

Grind the seed with a coffee grinder or blender. Take the grinded seed and pack it into the capsule with the filler and the tamper. The capsules sit upright in the filler tray and the tamper packs the grinded seed in the capsule.

These directions are on the back of each Cap-M-Quik® box.

1.) Assemble
Place Cap-M-Quik® capsule holder onto a large piece of paper.
Place spacers on end post facing the center.
Set the holder on the four corner posts resting on spacers above base.

2.) Load
Manually separate empty caps placing the longer half into holes.
(Top of empty capsule half should be below surface of holder.)

3.) Fill
Pour powdered herbs or vitamins onto holder spreading substance evenly with card, completely filling all capsules.

4.) Tamp
The accessory Tamping Tool (Tamper) can be used at this point to simultaneously pack contents of caps. Remove excess substance carefully by scraping away from the holder and onto the paper. Use the tamper to pack the contents of the capsule filling them completely. Refill capsules and repeat process.

5.) Cap
Turn the end spacers 90 degrees. The holder will fall down, exposing the upper half of filled caps. Manually replace the top cap, and remove your now-filled and finished capsules!

It makes 50 capsules at one time. You then take your filled capsules and put them in a container and store them in the refrigerator.

The "Make Your Own Capsule Pack" comes with:

1 lb of raw apricot seeds (approximately. 600 seeds)

The tamper

The filler

600 empty gel capsules

Note: Approximately 1 grinded seed will fit into one gel cap.

This does not come with the coffee grinder or the blender.
